VALENTINE’S DAY ADVICE:
Q: What’s the only thing wrong with chocolate?

A: The second bite is never as good as the first. This is due to the fact that chocolate is very oily and these oils coat your taste buds. As a result when you take the second bite the chocolate doesn't make contact with as many taste buds and the flavor is never quite as powerful.

SOLUTION: Champagne is always the perfect accompaniment with chocolate. When you take a sip of champagne after every bite of chocolate, it clears the oil from your taste buds making every bite just as satisfying as the first. Enjoy!
